Your registration includes the following unless otherwise stated. Items typically are:

  • All scientific presentations 
  • Poster sessions
  • Meals as indicated in the conference program
  • Program book 

Registration fees do not include accommodation.


Cancellation Policy

Participants may apply for a full refund of the registration fee if cancellation is submitted one month (before Mrach 16) prior to the conference opening date. No refund of the registration fee will be processed for cancellation requests submitted within one month (after Mrach 16) before the conference opening.
