Registration

Your registration includes the following unless otherwise stated. Items typically are:

  • All scientific presentations 
  • Poster sessions
  • Meals as indicated in the conference program
  • Program book 

Registration fees do not include accommodation.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations on or before March 1, 2027

A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the registration fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cancellations between March 2 and March 31, 2027

A 30% administrative fee will be deducted from the registration fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cancellations on or after April 1, 2027

No refund will be provided. This includes cancellations made during the conference.

  • Poster presenters

Accepted poster presenters please confirm your participation and complete payment of the registration fee before the stated deadline. Poster board assignments will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date of payment.  Please note that registration fees for poster presenters are non-refundable.

  • Transfer of registration

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another scholar.

 

Refund requests

Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the conference.
