Registration fees
Fees are payable in Swiss francs (CHF). Approximate euro equivalents are shown in brackets for guidance.

Euro equivalents are based on an indicative exchange rate of CHF 1 = €1.0566 as at 1 October 2026, rounded up to the nearest whole euro. The amount charged in euros will depend on your payment provider’s exchange rate and any applicable fees.

Visa requirements
Some registrants may require an invitation letter to support their visa application. Requests for invitation letters should be submitted by contacting us. Please note that invitation letters are issued only to registered participants.
