Getting there
From Zürich HB:
Take tram 6 from Bahnhofstrasse/HB towards Zoo, or tram 10 from Bahnhofplatz/HB towards Flughafen or Bahnhof Oerlikon, to ETH/Universitätsspital. Journey time is approximately 6 minutes.
Alternative route from Zürich HB:
Take tram 3 to Central, then the Polybahn to Polyterrasse. Journey time is approximately 8 minutes.
From Zürich Airport:
Take tram 10 directly to ETH/Universitätsspital, or take a train to Zürich HB and continue by tram.
Tickets and local travel
Attendees travelling within central Zürich will need a valid public transport ticket for the appropriate zones.
Please check local public transport information before travelling and allow additional time during peak periods.
Barrier-free access
Barrier-free access to the ETH Zürich Main Building is signposted on campus.
Wheelchair users arriving by car can use marked parking spaces in the Leonhardstrasse subway under the Polyterrasse, or marked spaces on parking level D of the multi-storey car park, accessed via Karl-Schmid-Strasse.
Useful travel note
ETH Zürich is located close to the city centre, with frequent public transport links from both Zürich HB and Zürich Airport.
Attendees are encouraged to plan their route in advance, particularly if arriving during the morning rush hour or travelling with luggage.
