Registration

Your registration includes the following unless otherwise stated. Items typically are:

• All scientific presentations 
• Poster sessions
• Meals as indicated in the conference program
• Program book 

Registration fees do not include accommodation.

All registration cancellations must be submitted in emailing to the Conference Secretariat. A full refund is issued only the cancellation is made for cancellations 30 days before the event.

Registered attendees who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to a substitute delegate from the same organisation at no additional charge, provided written notice is given at least 7 days in advance. For visa-related cancellations, a full refund can be issued upon submission of official denial documentation.
