Registration

Your registration includes the following unless otherwise stated. Items typically are:

  • All scientific presentations 
  • Poster sessions
  • Meals as indicated in the conference program
  • Program book 

Registration fees do not include accommodation.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by December 31, 2026: 100% refund, minus a £50 administrative fee.
  • Cancellation after December 31, 2026: No refund.
