Ji Hua Laboratory (Advanced Manufacturing Science and Technology Guangdong Laboratory) is one of Guangdong Province's four founding strategic laboratories, established in 2018 in the heart of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Focused on advanced manufacturing science and technology, the Laboratory bridges fundamental research and engineering application across semiconductor equipment, new display systems, robotics, optical engineering, and intelligent manufacturing. With robust funding from major national and provincial programs, Ji Hua Laboratory consistently ranks among China's top institutions in patent output and has incubated more than 20 high-tech enterprises.

Nature Materials is a monthly multi-disciplinary journal aimed at bringing together cutting-edge research across the entire spectrum of materials science and engineering. Materials research is a diverse and fast-growing discipline, which has moved from a largely applied, engineering focus to a position where it has an increasing impact on other classical disciplines such as physics, chemistry and biology. Nature Materials covers all applied and fundamental aspects of the synthesis/processing, structure/composition, properties and performance of materials, where "materials" are identified as substances in the condensed states (liquid, solid, colloidal) designed or manipulated for technological ends.

Launched in January 2018, Nature Electronics is an online-only monthly journal publishing the best research from all areas of electronics, incorporating the work of scientists, engineers and researchers in industry.
