Ridesharing & Car Service
Uber and Lyft both operate in the La Jolla / San Diego areas.Parking Options
Glider Port - open from 8:00am - 6:00pm.
Sanford Lot - across from Salk; $3/hour. Note that spaces are very limited.
Street parking is available on both sides of the Torrey Pines Scenic Drive; however, be aware that open spots are scarce.
We advise any attendees driving to the venue to not park in the dirt lot located North West of Salk, as it is permit parking only for UCSD faculty.
Trains
Amtrak Pacific Surfliner - travels through San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties. San Diego (SAN) is the southernmost station.
COASTER Commuter Rail - trains connect downtown San Diego and Old Town with northern coastal communities.
SPRINTER Hybrid Rail - light rail train system along the Highway 78 corridor.
