Your registration includes the following unless otherwise stated. Items typically are:

  • All scientific presentations 
  • Poster sessions
  • Meals as indicated in the conference program
  • Program book 

Registration fees do not include accommodation.


Cancellation Policy

  • All registration cancellations must be submitted via email to the Registration Contact. Full refund is available for cancellations made 30 days before the event.
  • Non-attending registrants may transfer their registration to a substitute delegate from the same organization at no extra charge (written notice required at least 7 days in advance).
  • Full refund is granted for visa-related cancellations upon submission of official denial documentation.
