Your registration includes the following unless otherwise stated. Items typically are:

• All scientific presentations 
• Poster sessions
• Meals as indicated in the conference program
• Program book 

 
Cancellation policy

• Cancellation by 5 September, 2025(UTC+8): 100% Refund.
• Cancellation between 6 September and 15 October,2025(UTC+8): 50% Refund.
• Cancellation after 22 October, 2025(UTC+8): No Refund. 
• Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail: hongyuanguo@nju.edu.cn
• All refunds will be made after the conference.
• All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
• Please refer to the above cut off dates for cancellation.
