Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by 1 August, 2026: 100% refund.
- Cancellation after 1 August, 2026: No refund.
Visa Requirement?
Some registrants may require an invitation letter to support their visa application. Requests for invitation letters should be submitted by contacting us. Please note that invitation letters are issued only to registered participants.
