Overview:

Type 2 immunological diseases such as asthma, food allergies and atopic dermatitis have all demonstrated dramatic rises in recent decades and exert a heavy burden on health systems worldwide. However, with a greater understanding of the immunological processes giving rise to these diseases, come opportunities to identify and treat them with greater efficacy and specificity. Accordingly, the Japanese government in collaboration in scientists, clinicians, industries and patients have identified the effective treatment of allergic diseases as a major unmet clinical need.

This multidisciplinary virtual Nature Conference will bring together prominent experts from around the world to discuss the latest developments in type 2 immunological diseases and their treatment. The meeting will conclude with a ‘cross-reality’ social gathering and poster session which will allow delegates to meet and interact in a 3-dimensional setting.
